sNo More Trash!
The students in Miss Conner's Saturday Arts class worked hard to decorate a large school trashcan. Ironically, they chose the theme of sNo More Trash before Storms Q and Rocky hit our state. They used coffee filters and copy paper to create the snow flakes, and recycled cardboard to create the snow man and his sign. Students from this class meet each Saturday to create art, often with recycled materials, so they decided that the trash can decorating contest was perfect for them! They worked very hard and completed the project in one Saturday morning. The students range in age from third grade to fifth grade, and all attend Ray Miller Elementary in Kirksville, MO.
