I decided on "Let Nature Sing" for my No MOre trash can theme because I love everything related to nature and love to sing! With a litter free environment, I believe nature would be healthy, happy and singing with joy!

I used paints, glitter, cotton balls, butterflies, birds, hot glue, glass gems and even a Persimmon tree from my Aunt Abbys forest! I worked very hard to make a pretty trash can I hope everyone can enjoy.

I would like to thank the Brentwood Garden Club in Springfield, MO for sponsoring me on this project! My Grammy Nolan is a member of the Garden Club and they wanted to help support the "No MOre Trash" campaign by helping get the word out through my trash can art.

For fun I like to hike, camp, and canoe. I also love to draw and write short stories about wildlife. This year I decided to start my very own garden! I'm also wanting to learn more about herbs and wild foraging.

I have collected countless bags of trash on our family float trips to Flat Creek and down the James River. I also pick up litter I see when we hike trails and walk along the shoreline of Taneycomo and Tablerock Lake. I wish people would stop being lazy and polluting our Earth! Its a beautiful place full of awesome creatures, sparkling waters, pretty plants, and fancy flowers.

I believe everyone should clean up, help protect, and........... "Let Nature Sing!"
